Dark and quiet.
A cloth covers my eyes and a rough rope touches against my skin, burning it as I try to wiggle my wrist free; my feet feeling dead from the tightness of the rope wrapped against my ankle. Judging from my position, I’m sitting on a chair… Wooden, I presume from touching the armrest with my fingers.
I hear footsteps not far to my right and I twist my head towards the direction--it’s coming towards me.
Only a sound escapes my taped mouth as I try to ask whoever is in the room with me. Where I am, who is doing this to me and why would I be held… Captive?
A soft growl takes me by surprise--a growl that cannot belong to a human, but a dog-like creature.
My heart beats up my throat and my breath shakes as I feel immensely big hands touch behind my head, untying the cloth around my eyes.
The insides of my eyes aches as the cloth is finally released and while I adjust to the dimness of the room, what stares right back at me are glowing red eyes. The pupils strip-thin. The figure right in front of me has hound like features--nose, ears and mouth. Though, its body is human-shaped but twice the size than an average man.
The tips of his lips raise to a smile, showing a set of yellow-stained, sharp teeth. “Wonderful choice.” He growls, voice deep that I feel the rumble in my chest. His breath stinks as if he has already eaten and I breathe out to avoid the awful stench. He raises a finger, showing a claw that is sharp enough to amputate a limb. My heart beats loudly in my chest as I see it slowly come towards me.
All I do is turn my head away from him.
Then I feel his claw glide between my lips, cutting through the tape that made me unable to speak.
As the tape is taken off me, I lick my lips from how dry it is.
“What do you wish to do with this one, sire?” A male-human voice speaks and I turn to the direction of the sound.
Oh, I feel like a knife struck my heart. He’s a sight for sore eyes, but my heart only aches of betrayal.
My older brother…
As much as I try, my dry throat deceits me to speak.
“I have no clue…” The werewolf walks towards my brother, towering over him with his insanely immense body. “But this one shan’t be a sacrifice.”
